Hartford Standard Conveniently located within minutes of the interstate system in the small town of Hartford, Kentucky, since 1959 Hartford Standard has been manufacturing a variety of quality niche metal stamping. We are a fully integrated company with our own stamping facility and tool and die shop. We manufacture each of our product lines from our dies using the highest quality raw materials, with precision quality control standards. Our primary focus of manufacturing is divided into four product categories: an extensive line of grease caps for various axle hubs and stainless steel wear rings for axle spindles; heavy-duty flanged core plugs for fine paper mills; heavy-duty uniform metal post caps in 14 sizes ranging from 5/8" to 8", made in a variety of metal alloys designed for the fencing industry. Hartford Standard is the only company in the United States manufacturing autographic portable register machines in steel and high impact plastic for either sheet carbon or carbonless paper forms.
